1. These terms

These terms govern your use of the Padayon Communications website. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it.

2. Using the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes: to read our articles, learn about our services, subscribe to our newsletter, and contact us. You must not breach any law or others' rights, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the site or introduce malicious code, harvest information by automated means without our written permission, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

3. Our intellectual property

The content of this site is owned by Padayon Communications or used with permission, including the articles, the framework diagrams (the Padayon Communication Model and the Padayon RCCE Planning Framework), the illustrations, photographs, and the Padayon name, wordmark and logo. Our frameworks exist to be useful, and we set out below how they may be used.

You may, with attribution

Read, print and share our articles for your own professional or personal use; link to any page; and quote short passages or reproduce our framework diagrams unaltered in non-commercial presentations, teaching or research, attributed to Padayon Communications with a link to the source where practical.

You need our permission to

Republish substantial portions or whole articles; use our frameworks or materials in commercial training, paid courses, consulting deliverables or products; alter or adapt our frameworks or diagrams; or use our name, wordmark or logo in any way implying endorsement or affiliation. Write to info@padayoncommunications.com; we say yes more often than not.

4. General information, not advice

Our articles, frameworks and other material are general commentary drawn from professional experience. They are not tailored professional advice and do not account for your particular circumstances. You should exercise your own professional judgement and not rely on them as a substitute for advice suited to your situation.

Reading the site, subscribing, or contacting us does not create a consulting or advisory relationship. That arises only under a written agreement between us.

5. Accuracy, availability and links

We take reasonable care that information is accurate at the time of publication, but do not warrant it remains complete or current, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Where we link to third-party sites, we do not control or take responsibility for them, and visiting them is at your own risk.

6. Enquiries and the newsletter

When you enquire or subscribe, you agree to provide accurate information, handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday, AWST. An enquiry does not oblige us to accept an engagement, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padayon Communications is not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website, its content, or any linked third-party website. This includes any indirect or consequential loss, and any loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

9. Governing law, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this site with the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
